Personal Credentials:

Eric Bodenstab is a dedicated Engineer with extensive experience in technical problem solving, design and planning needed in order to commission developments. As a Licensed Professional, he has successfully managed projects, accounts, and transportation engineering. Eric is also a committed community leader, serving as a board member and party officer for independents (Unity). A fun fact about Eric: he has been an avid water polo player since 1992 and remains actively involved as a masters player and board member of the Colorado High School Water Polo Association.

Motivation for running:

I am running for the office of County Commissioner because I believe in the power of electoral reform to make our democracy more inclusive and representative. My engineering background has equipped me with the skills to approach problems methodically and find innovative solutions. I am passionate about giving every voter a voice and ensuring responsible land use and development in our community.

Vision and Goals:

My vision for Jefferson County includes implementing multi-member districts to enhance electoral fairness and supporting proportional representation to bring diverse perspectives to the county commission. Additionally, I advocate for a moratorium on Metro Districts until state legislature reforms can be enacted, promoting responsible and sustainable land use policies.
